Like many young players, Darci experienced difficult moments where the dream seemed far away. ‎ "There were many times I felt like giving up. But being a student helped. It kept me balanced and distracted me from negative thoughts." ‎ ‎Now trusted with a starting role at Kiyovu, Dalis has found new motivation. The opportunity has not only given him confidence, but also ignited bigger dreams. ‎ "My goals are clear to grow professionally, to play for top clubs in Rwanda, and hopefully abroad. I know that with God, everything is possible." ‎ ‎Asked about the influence of senior players around him, he’s quick to recognize their impact. ‎ "Honestly, the players I train and play with especially the experienced ones are the people I learn the most from. They talk to me, motivate me, and that means a lot." ‎ ‎To other young Rwandan footballers dreaming of a similar path, Darci shares heartfelt advice: ‎ ‎ "Be patient. Football doesn’t reward impatience. And if you’re lucky enough to get an opportunity, take it seriously because it may not come twice." ‎ ‎With maturity, talent, and faith guiding his journey, Darci Mutunzi is a name worth remembering.
