Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, received copies of the Letters of Ms. Jenny Isabella Da Rin, the High Commissioner-designate of Australia, on Wednesday, 27 November. Isabella Da Rin is the High Commissioner of Australia to Kenya, who is also accredited to the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Republics of Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania.
