Upcoming gospel artist Moise Ishimwe has shared the heartfelt story behind his new song “Amashimwe,” a track inspired by his personal life journey and the importance of thanking God in every season of life. Speaking about the inspiration behind the song, Moise revealed that “Amashimwe” comes from experiences he has personally gone through, something he believes many people can also relate to. “It is an idea I took from my own life. I believe many people go through the same situation. We cry to God asking Him to free us from our struggles, so when He answers us, we should return before Him and thank Him,” he explained. Through the song, the singer hopes to remind people not to take life for granted, especially the gift of being alive. “Even being able to breathe is enough reason to thank God,” he said. Interestingly, “Amashimwe” is Moise Ishimwe’s very first song, making it a special milestone in his music journey. The production of the track was handled by Vibee Producer, who works with Adrien Misigaro under Altar of Worship, taking charge of both the arrangement and the overall production process. Moise also expressed gratitude for the positive reception the song has received since its release. “People have received it very well, and I’m truly thankful,” he shared. While the official music video has not yet been released, the artist confirmed that a visualizer is already out, with the full video expected in the future “if God allows.” Looking ahead, Moise Ishimwe says his mission remains clear: to continue spreading the message of Christ through music and inspiring listeners through gospel songs rooted in faith and gratitude.
