President Paul Kagame, Chairman of FPR-INKOTANYI, has stated that no Rwandan will ever be kept outside of the country as a refugee because this problem has been resolved forever. Chairman Kagame made this statement on Thursday, June 27, in Huye District, where 300,000 members of RPF Inkotanyi and allied parties from Huye, Gisagara, Nyanza, and Nyaruguru districts gathered on the fifth day of the presidential campaign.

President Kagame told the participants that he was one of them even before they knew each other.

"In fact, we were always one people meant to live with each other, but some of us were kept outside the country as refugees. But that will not happen again," Chairman Paul Kagame said at the RPF Presidential Campaign in Huye District.

"No Rwandan will ever be kept outside of this country as a refugee ever again. This problem was resolved forever, by you and us together. Many of you here, especially our young people, we have been together even before you were born. We were together because after you were born, you joined in our path to transform this nation for the better. Our tragic history will not repeat itself because of you," Chairman Kagame added.

Addressing the supporters gathered in Huye, Kagame stated that the past 30 years were a culmination of many things. He noted that voting for RPF and its candidate means that the bad history will never repeat itself.
