On Saturday, President Kagame will begin with a visit to the Alley of Honor, the final resting place of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, to lay a wreath in his honor. President Kagame will be officially welcomed by President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan at the Zugulba Presidential Palace where they will hold a tête-à-tête meeting before joining their delegations to witness the exchange of new agreements in areas of agriculture, education, air services, trade and public service delivery. The two Heads of State will then deliver press statements before engaging in bilateral talks with members of both delegations.
