‎APR BBC vs. Patriots BBC: Clash of Giants

‎ ‎APR BBC enters the playoffs with momentum after a dominant regular season and a third-place finish in the 2025 Basketball Africa League (BAL). With depth, confidence, and recent international experience, the army-sponsored side is considered a strong favorite to lift the trophy. ‎ ‎However, Patriots BBC has a point to prove. Despite a rocky season, they are the only team that managed to defeat APR during the regular season. They recently bolstered their squad by signing Raphael Putney, formerly with Rivers Hoopers in the BAL, who joins other key players like Cole Elliott, Hagumintwari Steve, and Frank Kamdoh. The Patriots may not be title favorites, but their potential to surprise remains very real. ‎ ‎

REG BBC vs. UGB BBC: Battle of Balance and Momentum

‎ ‎REG BBC, the 2023 champions, will look to bounce back after missing out on last year’s final. With BAL 2025 MVP Jean Jacques Boissy leading the charge, alongside Cleveland Thomas and Garmine Kande Kieli, REG is keen on returning to the top. ‎ ‎UGB BBC, on the other hand, is enjoying one of its best seasons in recent history. The team finished third and showcased remarkable consistency. Powered by emerging stars like Mohamed Doumbya, Amotoe James Kofi, and Kayondo Eric, UGB has developed into a team that can no longer be underestimated. ‎
